- All Australian residents are eligible to enter
- Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before entering
- All entries must be made via Without-a-box
- Travel prize will be from the winner’s nearest major airport to Adelaide, and transportation from Adelaide to the Clare Valley
- Judges decision will be final
- No cash Alternative is available
- Prizes are non transferable and non refundable
- All elements are subject to availability
- The competition closes midnight 19 December 2011
- CVFF shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control
