The Team

Festival Director – Chris Bishop
Originally from the Clare Valley, Chris has worked on a variety of projects ranging from short film dramas to dance films to documentaries in London.  Chris completed a Masters in Design Studies at Central St Martins, University of the Arts, London. Recently, Chris was Director of Photography for the film Not Yet by Tito Sacchi, which was selected for the 2009 Palm Springs ShortFest in USA.

Festival Director – Seeta Indrani
Director/producer MashMosh Films, commissions by Sony Entertainment Television Asia, Swami, Jim Sweeney (Comedy Store Player & Star of Whose Line Is It Anyway), probably best known as WPC Norika Datta, in ABC’s The Bill for which she won Best Actress & Best Supporting Actress (Asian Film Academy), made her stage debut as Cassandra in the original London production of Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s CATS.

Cinema Chair – Ian Roberts
Born and raised on a farm at Blyth in the State of South Australia, Ian is recognized as one of Australia’s premier bird painters. The combination in almost every art work of birds and flowers make his images somewhat unique in the world of bird painting. Ian is passionate about enhancing a sense of community in small towns, & providing city quality social activities.

Festival Coordinator – Michael Bishop
After completing a Certificate in Design Arts and a Bachelors’ degree in Visual Arts, Michael went on to his current position at Premier Art Supplies. Through this position in Commercial Accounts he has developed a vast pool of experience in finance, administration, staff management, marketing, sales, customer service and budget negotiation.

Workshop – Dan Bradley
Born in South Australia, Dan is a practicing artist, educator and filmmaker, who has been involved in filmmaking for 16 years. After completing a Bachelor of Visual Arts, majoring in film, photography & painting, he worked as a freelancer. Primarily a cinematographer, Dan has been involved in numerous short films that have received state, national and international recognition. He is currently teaching Media Studies, Visual Arts and Design at Clare High School.
